Wayne Yahnke
brings more than 20 years of high-stakes operational leadership, team development, and systems optimization to HYPER. With a background in the United States Army as an Emergency Medical Services Coordinator and Nurse Manager, he led mission-critical operations, managed multimillionaire-dollar workflows, and directed teams of 30+ personnel in fast-moving, high-risk environments.
Wayne has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, implementing standardized operating procedures, and driving measurable efficiency gains through data-driven decision-making. His experience in safety oversight, risk management, compliance, and resource allocation directly aligns with the demands of heavy-equipment operations, wildfire response, land management, and municipal services. Combined with his entrepreneurial background in capital-intensive real estate projects, Wayne brings disciplined field leadership and strategic execution that positions HYPER for safe, reliable, and scalable growth.
Kody Hubert
is a seasoned heavy-equipment operator, contractor, and multi-industry field leader with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in safety-critical, high-demand environments. He brings advanced mechanical aptitude, operational discipline, and practical field leadership that anchors HYPER’s day-to-day execution.
Kody’s background spans full-cycle excavation and site development, complex terrain operations, fleet and equipment management, heavy transport and mobilization, and leadership of multi-person crews under rigorous safety and compliance standards. He is CDL certified and holds multiple industry credentials, including Cal Fire Equipment Vendor certification, OSHA, CPR, and licensure as a General Engineering Contractor (License #1106132).
As HYPER’s field operations lead, Kody oversees equipment deployment, operator supervision, safety compliance, maintenance oversight, project scheduling, and on-site client coordination. His combination of technical mastery, safety leadership, and experience navigating Virtual Incident Procurement Registry (VIPR) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) processes significantly strengthens HYPER’s operational readiness and credibility across wildfire, forestry, and municipal markets.
